As 2024 draws to a close, it feels like the right moment to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year for C the Signs—a year defined by the relentless pursuit of our mission and a profound sense of purpose.

This year, we surpassed the incredible milestones of 400,000 total cancer risk assessments and the identifying of30,000 patients with cancer across more than 50 cancer types. These numbers represent real lives impacted and bring us closer to our vision of a future where every patient survives cancer.

Our research has also been recognised on some of the world’s most significant stages. At the ASCO General Meeting in Chicago, we presented findings that demonstrated improved early cancer detection rates without increasing healthcare utilisation. At the Early Detection of Cancer Conference in San Francisco, we shared how our platform achieved a 50 percent improvement in faster diagnosis. At the European Cancer Summit in Brussels, we showcased a significant improvement in early-stage ovarian cancer detection. Most recently, at the San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium, we revealed research showing our ability to identify women at risk of breast cancer 5 years earlier than physicians in 20 percent of patients, with accuracy comparable to mammography.

As we reflect on this journey, I asked our team to identify the single value that defines C the Signs. Across the board, one word was clear: impact. That value is the driving force behind everything we do—a relentless commitment to transforming outcomes for patients.

This work would not be possible without the incredible individuals who have joined Miles and me on this journey. Our team at C the Signs is one of the most talented and inspiring groups of people I have had the privilege of working with. I am also deeply grateful to the healthcare professionals we partner with—some of the most dedicated and hardworking individuals I have ever met—who operate in one of the toughest environments in healthcare, all in pursuit of a better future for their patients.

As we look to 2025, we are ready for the challenges and opportunities ahead. We remain focused and determined to make an even greater impact.
